Sad that such a tragedy had to happen, I believe that ever since the TSA the airlines feel so much more powerful and above everyone else, giving good customer support is not needed anymore. I know that some airlines do not cause so much trouble, in another situation the urn was allowed to be taken as a carry on, the airline was from Central America, and caused no problems whatsoever, there is a lot of people who wish to carry their urn somewhere. Seems that US Airways has some policies that are not the same for everyone else. I always was thinking that the Airline companies had the same policies, since 9/11, apparently only where it counts for them.
